Aclara aims to build a vertically integrated heavy-rare-earth supply chain, with ionic clay deposits in Brazil and Chile and a dedicated separation facility in the U.S. 

Tusaar operates a large-scale pilot facility recovering rare-earth elements from mine waste and other non-traditional sources in Colorado, USA.
