Australian critical minerals developer RareX joins REIA
RareX Limited (ASX: REE) is an Australian-based rare earth company developing the 100% owned Cummins Range rare earth project in the Kimberley region, Western Australia.
RareX is committed to becoming one of the world’s top leading rare earth material suppliers outside of China for the global NdFeB permanent magnet Industry, providing high quality, sustainable, ethical, low carbon produced materials and services. Their integrated operation and corporate business model reflects their ESG commitments through a continuous improvement process to partners, customers, shareholders, employees and communities.
RareX is currently performing an extensive drilling program with the aim of developing Cummins Range eventually into one of the most significant rare earth deposits in Australia. Furthermore, the company’s objective is to kick off the pre-feasibility study for the project in 2022 and to rapidly advance it further.
Jeremy Robinson, RareX Founder and Managing Director commented: “RareX is pleased to join REIA and support and contribute to the continued development of the rare earth industry. RareX truly believes that a global geographically, vertically diversified rare earth supply chain, from ore to magnet, will be a key strategic element for the long-term success of the rare earth downstream application ecosystem like electric mobility and wind energy etc. RareX is excited to contribute to this journey and is looking forward to collaborating with REIA and its members in realizing this vision.”
Dr Badrinath Veluri, President of REIA, said: “We are very pleased to welcome RareX as a new member of our organization and to further develop the links we already have with Australia, a country which is key to the diversification of the global RE supply chain. A warm welcome to Jeremy Robinson and his team at RareX. We look forward to working with them”
